About the Role

Band 5 – Base salary from $121,000 per annum, plus superannuation plus numerous company benefits (salary offering to be discussed with the successful candidate in line with skills and experience).

Play your part in enabling the delivery of a once in a career major project at TasNetworks

As we near construction phase for our North West Transmission Development (NWTD) project, we are seeking a seasoned Talent and Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent and Early Careers Team.

As the Talent and Sourcing Specialist, you will work closely with the NWTD Project Director to –

* Design and execute strategic sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of Talent to enable the delivery of the NWTD project
* Design and conduct talent outreach campaigns
* Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate and leader experience
* Utilise data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions
* Qualify candidates based on skill, cultural and motivational fit, utilising a behavioural based approach and screening criteria

About You

We're looking for someone who brings energy, new ideas and a real passion for recruiting and delivering top talent You are agile, resilient and tenacious in the pursuit of high quality candidates.


You'll Have

* Demonstrated end-to-end recruiting or sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment
* An in-depth knowledge on candidate experience and a mindset of ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened prior to inclusion into the recruitment process
* The ability to maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system
* Extensive experience in sourcing activities, leader coaching and the utilisation of psychometric tools
* A degree in Business or a related field is desirable

You'll be equipped with an understanding of social media tools, trends and communication methods, coupled with a strong understanding of the use of technology such as Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP SuccessFactors).
