We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dayforce Consultant to join our Workforce Payroll Solutions (WPS) team, with specific experience and knowledge in Payroll design and system configuration. 
As a Consultant you will play a crucial role in contributing to the successful implementation of projects for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing support, advice and collaborating with team members to help educate and development their solution capabilities
What will your typical day look like?
As a Dayforce Consultant your typical day will involve applying your payroll domain knowledge to configure and optimise Dayforce or equivalent systems like SAP, Workday, or Oracle, ensuring compliance and efficiency. 
You will design and configure tailored payroll solutions during project implementations, setting up pay rules and tax configurations. 
Your day will include frequent interactions with senior stakeholders, clients, and team members. 
You will facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and provide functional advice. 
You will continue to engage in training and certification maintenance to stay up to date with the latest system updates and payroll legislation. 
Additionally, you will ensure optimal use of the functionality by integrating Dayforce with related modules, enhancing user experience, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll and workforce management technology. 
While you’ll certainly have deep expertise in payroll, you’ll need to bring an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing workplace. 
Requirements:
- Proven experience (min. 
2 years) as a consultant implementing, supporting or client working with payroll solutions.
- Experience in interpreting, formalising, and communicating requirements in a business analyst or functional consultant role.
- Specialist knowledge in Dayforce payroll or equivalent technology, however ‘hands on’ direct experience in Dayforce would be a major advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
- Tertiary level qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas are advantageous.
