About the role
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced retail leader to join our
Homebush DFO
team as
Store Manager
. This is a rare opportunity to join our Oroton store network and you will be leading an established and committed team in our recently refurbished Homebush location. This is a flagship gem in our Oroton Outlet store portfolio reporting directly into our Multi-State Manager with close ties to our Sydney Support Office. This is our most premium Outlet location brought together in a reimagined concept to ensure the Oroton customer's experience is second-to-none.
As the leader of our highest turnover Oroton Outlet location, we are looking for a leader with strong outlet experience who understands the pace, volume, and energy that comes with running a high-turnover outlet store You'll be leading a large team, driving store performance, and setting the tone for exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will have a hands-on leadership style and the ability to motivate and drive results through busy trade periods will be key to success in these roles.

* Strong clienteling and customer engagement experience.
* Experience in recruitment, coaching, and developing top-performing teams.
* Ability to manage and deliver compelling promotional and visual merchandising strategies.
