**About Us**
Reporting to the Operations Manager & CEO an opportunity is available for (2) Sales Coordinator to join the team who will be the first point of call for customers, supporting the office on administration, sales, customer service and logístical duties on a day-to-day basis.
Based in Campbellfield, this business are wholesale manufacturers of têxtile fabrics for the automotive, leisure, apparel, and home furnishing industry and you will have full autonomy to deliver outstanding customer service from initial order to completion of delivery.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Administration, customer service, data entry with general office duties
- Prepare and process quotations, scheduling, and invoicing job orders
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and sales representatives
- Build rapport and resolve customer queries in a constructive manner
- Handled difficult problems or complaints to provide desired solutions
- Deal with internal staff or departments daily to achieve required outcomes.
