Service Management Tool Workflow Configuration and Implementation
Atlassian administration experience, specifically with Jira and Confluence, is highly valued. Additionally, expertise in infrastructure as code is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure Atlassian tools to align with business requirements.
* Analyze processes to identify non-value add steps and implement lean and agile methodologies.
* Identify areas of improvement within the organization and develop solutions through internal Continuous Improvement Activities.
* Enhance internal processes by recognizing opportunities for improvement and re-engineering them to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate on planning and implementing maintenance and installation work, including building and configuring infrastructure components in virtualized environments.
* Implement agreed-upon infrastructure changes and maintenance routines.
* Integrate process automation within the Atlassian toolset.
* Create automated reporting dashboards to provide valuable insights.
* Develop, review, and hand over documentation to relevant teams.
* Prepare reports and proposals for improvement and present them to specialists, users, and managers.
