The Job
HOYTS are looking for a natural leader to be our next LUX Venue Manager at HOYTS Carousel! In this role, you will oversee the operations of our premium LUX Lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving team performance and operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader looking to join the entertainment industry and make a lasting impression on our guests.
The LUX Venue Manager is a full-time gig within the Cinema Operations Department.
Responsibilities
* Empowering and leading team members to go above and beyond for guests
* Managing daily operations to ensure profitability and achievement of KPIs
* Rostering, coaching and developing team members while managing performance
* Overseeing events and functions held within the LUX Lounge
* Managing stock ordering, stocktakes and inventory controls
* Identifying opportunities to improve guest experience and operational efficiency
* Resolving guest concerns and maintaining exceptional service standards
* Adherence to HR, WHS and Risk Management policies and laws
About You
We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about hospitality and delivering premium guest experiences. You will lead by example, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to developing high-performing teams.
Qualifications
* Leadership experience within hospitality, food and beverage or a similar customer-focused industry
* RSA certification and a strong understanding of food safety requirements
* Excellent communication skills with guests, employees and stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelySomeone results‐driven who is comfortable working to KPIs and targets
* A highly motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised
* An innovative thinker with a can‐do attitude and passion for continuous improvement
Availability
