About The Opportunity The Royal Freemasons community is looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Officer to join our team 4 days a week at our Melbourne Residential Aged Care Facility located in the Melbourne western suburbs. This role ensures all our residents can enjoy a safe, comfortable and well-maintained home by being responsible for handling a variety of planned and corrective maintenance tasks, working both independently and alongside our supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong maintenance and repair experience, effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Strong computer literacy and experience with CMMS or asset management systems are highly regarded. Your Qualifications, Knowledge and Requirements Trade qualification and/or significant maintenance experience Experience in maintenance and grounds duties (aged care preferred) Practical skills across carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general repairs Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work with competing demands Strong computer literacy; CMMS/asset management experience valued Experience managing contractors and service providers Exposure to scheduled maintenance programs Current full Victorian driver’s licence (meeting any conditions) What We Offer Salary packaging up to $15,990 Novated leasing Optional Meals & Entertainment card ($2,650 per year) Consistent roster patterns – no rotating rosters Employee Assistance Program Employee Referral Program Free onsite parking Other Requirements This role requires a valid Police Check or National Disability Insurance Scheme ( NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of this role.
