Paralegal – Estate Administration (Part-Time)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to join our practice, working primarily in estate administration for an immediate start.
About the Role
The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of estate administration, with a strong focus on collecting information needed, drafting probate applications and administering estates with minimal supervision. This role would suit someone who is confident, organised, and comfortable managing files independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting probate and related court applications
* Assisting with estate administration matters from commencement to completion
* Preparing correspondence and legal documents
* Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, courts, and external parties
* Managing files and ensuring deadlines are met
About You
* Previous experience in estate administration and probate matters is essential
* Ability to draft probate applications with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Hours & Work Arrangement
* Part-time position
* Monday to Friday for an initial period of two (2.5) weeks, followed by
* One (1) day per week thereafter on a permanent part-time basis
