Corporate Travel Professional
As a key representative of our company, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients in managing their corporate travel arrangements.
About the Role:
* Search and confirm travel reservations for corporate clients using various communication modes
* Develop a strong understanding of client travel policies and provide consultation to enhance their experience
* Fulfill all requests related to necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
* Offer industry insights on low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
* Review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients to suggest improvements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage complex travel itineraries for corporate clients
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a travel agent with at least three years' experience working for a travel management company
* Mid to advanced level skills in GDS Sabre – dedicated training provided
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Solid knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
* Full working rights in AU required
