About the role
Bring your Administrative experience and skills and provide support to the project Manager and maintenance teams at the Boundary Hill Mine.
* Coordinate accommodation requirements including liaising with Discovery Parks and the client.
* Coordination of onboarding and site inductions
* Daily timesheet coordination and fortnightly payroll
* Communication of site safety issues and incidents
* Provide clerical and administrative support to the mine maintenance team
* Maintain accurate site records and registers, reporting, data entry, scheduling, filing and archiving documents as required
* General administrative support to on-site departments
Your skills and experience
* Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm roster
* Prior experience in mine site-based administrative position, experience within maintenance administration is highly regarded
* Experience in Outlook, Word and Excel processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures
* Proven ability to build positive working relationships with co-workers and respectfully interact with a wide variety of people in a diverse workforce
* Current Standard 11 (or willing to obtain) and QLD Drivers Licence
