Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
Able to complete tasks efficiently and on time
Confident using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis), Word, and other high-volume systems
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure
Experience in lending or banking
Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking is desirable but not required
Ability to pass background checks and meet regulatory requirements for financial services
What You\'ll Be Doing
Go above and beyond to deliver an outstanding client experience
Verify and organise mortgage application documents (income, employment, credit reports, etc.)
Collect and review all required documentation to meet lender requirements
Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory policies
Accurately enter and maintain client and loan data across systems
Act as a key liaison between clients, lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers
Manage loan timelines, follow up on outstanding items, and provide regular updates
Work with internal teams and support knowledge sharing
Assist with issue resolution during application processing
Daily admin duties: email management, phone follow-ups, scanning, filing, using bank calculators and portals
