Our client is a leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint.
This role contributes significantly to providing premium customer service by supporting the operations team and Area Managers in carrying out after pet care services in a professional and compassionate manner supporting the company's purpose in \"Honouring a lifetime of unconditional love\".
Responsibilities:
* Carry out the collection and transfer of pets between sites on a nightly basis
* Assist the Cremation Team with the lifting/unloading of pets as required
* Ensure the coordination of cages and pet placement is carried out in accordance with company policy and procedure
* Liaise with the Area Managers and Prep Teams as required
* Attend team and company meetings as required
* Take personal responsibility for upholding standards relating to presentation, property, hygiene, including prompt reporting of loss, damage, or maintenance needs
* Taking responsibility of reporting hazards and risks that may cause harm or injury, and adhering to WH&S policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Valid HR Drivers Licence (8 ton truck)
* Effective verbal and interpersonal skills
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
* Maintain a positive attitude whilst under pressure
