We’re looking for a Structural Ports & Marine Engineer to join our Ports, Marine & Coastal Team in Western Australia. In this role you will translate client requirements into functioning assets, oversee all stages of design, and ensure industry and regulatory compliance.


Responsibilities

* Leverage mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills to assist in project design and implementation.
* Formulate design hypotheses, test through data analysis, and resolve design gaps.
* Undertake design packages with minimal supervision, demonstrating technical mastery.
* Produce and review technical drawings, 3‑D models, and plans, and create material requisition specifications.
* Co‑create innovative solutions by understanding and addressing client needs.
* Add value across the entire project lifecycle—from feasibility and concept design to detailed design—while ensuring regulatory compliance and best‑practice adherence.
* Work with the team to transform client and project specifications into operational assets covering infrastructure critical to mining, renewable energy, defence and trade sectors.


Qualifications

* A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, paired with experience in Maritime Engineering.
* Proven ability to innovate and re‑imagine solutions, with a commitment to continuous learning.
* Experience fostering collaboration in diverse teams to deliver innovative solutions.
* Dedication to elevating team performance to meet or surpass client expectations, focusing on exceptional service and repeat business.
* Hands‑on experience ensuring project adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
* Demonstrated ability to undertake design work independently, delivering quality outcomes promptly.
* Strong writing skills to communicate clearly and concisely with clients.
