Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Temp Supervisor - Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter to join our Southern Queensland operations.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a highly skilled Diesel Fitter ready to step up or an experienced Leading Hand looking for their next challenge.
You will:
* Lead and mentor a team of Heavy Duty Diesel Fitters
* Oversee field service, shutdown and maintenance activities
* Coordinate daily job planning, safety compliance and quality control
* Liaise with site supervisors and clients
* Work across major OEM equipment including CAT, Komatsu, and Liebherr
* FIFO, DIDO and local options available.

About You
* Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent – RPL available)
* Extensive mining field service and breakdown experience
* Minimum 2-years Heavy Mining Equipment experience
* Proven leadership or Leading Hand experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Commitment to safety, quality and team development
* Full Australian working rights
* Manual driver’s licence
* Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and National Police Check
