If you're ready to take ownership of complex engineering problems, this project gives you the scale, challenge and visibility to do it. You'll be stepping into a newly formed delivery team on a major civil upgrade in South Gippsland that forms part of one of Victoria's most significant marine infrastructure transitions.
Responsibilities
* Hands‑on with design interpretation, methodology decisions and practical solutions that keep the job moving.
* Manage pavement and concrete works, major footings, drainage upgrades and ground stabilisation activities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Approximately 10 years of experience delivering civil or marine projects.
* Supervision or project management exposure, with the ability to guide teams, solve technical problems and keep work progressing on a complex upgrade.
The company behind the upgrade is a trusted commercial and industrial D&C business known for being practical, collaborative and forward‑thinking. Their pipeline spans commercial, industrial and marine projects across Australia, and this project is a key part of their growth in Victoria.
A package of $200k‑$240k is on offer for the right experience, along with the benefits required for work in South Gippsland. The 12‑month contract also has potential for more as subsequent stages progress.
