Constructive PD (CPD) is a well‑established commercial construction business delivering high quality projects across Western Australia. As part of our strategic growth plan, we are seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to establish, lead and grow our roofing division as a core business unit.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the performance, safety, delivery and profitability of the Roofing Division.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager/ Operations Manager you will be responsible for building a sustainable, high‑performing roofing business that complements CPD's existing service offering. You will lead strategy, people, delivery and commercial outcomes while maintaining strong client, supplier and subcontractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and growth of the Roofing Division, aligned with company strategy
* Drive new business opportunities through industry relationships and tender support
* Maintain existing and establish new subcontractor and supply chain relationships
* Build and lead a high performing, safety focused trade workforce
* Own project delivery outcomes – safety, quality and programme.
* Establish roofing specific safety management plans and foster a strong safety culture
* Oversee procurement, budgeting, forecasting and cost control
* Maintain strong client relationships and represent CPD professionally
* Work closely with People and Culture, Project Support and Commercial teams
About You
You are a commercially astute construction leader with strong roofing or trade based experience and proven ability to build teams and businesses.
You Will Bring
* Trade or tertiary qualification relevant to construction
* Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial construction/project management
* Proven experience leading direct and sub‑contract labour
* Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials and installation methodologies
* Demonstrated success delivering projects, safely, on time and to budget
* High level leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Solid understanding of contracts, variations, claims and commercial risk
