Job Title: Fish and Seafood Processor
About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity for experienced individuals to work in a dynamic processing environment, handling various seafood products.
* Unload fresh seafood from vessels
* Move seafood to chillers, freezers, and live tanks
* Sort, dress, and fillet fish with high recovery rates
* Inspect and grade fish and shellfish for quality
* Pack frozen fish blocks into cartons
Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:
* At least 2 years of experience as a seafood processor
* Proven ability to maintain high recovery rates
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* A strong understanding of workplace safety regulations
