Key Responsibilities Carry out blade repair and maintenance tasks in line with project repair plans, under the guidance of the Site Lead and Composites Engineer. Perform safe and efficient blade inspections, maintenance, and repairs using rope access or BAP systems (training provided). Actively participate in site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily pre-start meetings. Accurately complete reporting for both company and client requirements. Collaborate with supervisors, fellow technicians, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. Maintain strict compliance with all safety, quality, and site standards. Potential requirement to work across multiple sites Essential Skills & Qualifications Valid GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) and GWO Blade Repair (BR) certification. IRATA Level 1, 2 or 3 (Level 3 highly desirable). White Card, LVR/CPR, and Confined Space Entry (within 2 years). Current Australian driver’s licence. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening. Highly Regarded Hands-on experience with Nordex, GE, Suzlon or Siemens turbines. EWP ticket and High-Risk Work Licence. Prior involvement in complex blade repairs.
