Job Title: Senior Psychologist - Student Wellbeing Specialist
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team as a Student Wellbeing Specialist. The successful candidate will provide leadership and promote the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality psychology services to support the mental health and wellbeing of students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and promote the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality psychology services.
* Assess psychological requirements and identify appropriate responses and interventions to support the mental health and wellbeing of students.
* Develop and implement training and development initiatives for psychologists in schools.
* Maintain effective communication and collaboration networks with other professionals, including guidance officers and relevant agencies.
* Support the delivery and continual improvement of psychology services in schools by reviewing policies, operational standards, and procedures.
Requirements:
* Master's degree or higher in Psychology.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist.
* Provisional registration is not accepted.
