The role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers by the buying and selling of foreign currency. You will be responsible for:
* Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
* Building customer rapport and repeat business
* Daily branch duties
Additional Information
* It is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
* You must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.
* The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales who can promote our services whilst working towards and achieving targets. The role will suit someone who is self‐motivated, has an energetic attitude and can adhere to procedures.

* You must have the ability to work under pressure
* Hours - 38 hours per week working Tuesday to Saturday mornings between the hours of 6:00 am and 2:00 pm.
