Join a supportive team as a Payroll Officer for a reputable organisation in the Eastern Suburbs. This role reports directly to the Payroll Manager and is fully onsite three days a week. About the Role Manage payroll for 500 employees, processed fortnightly. Ensure compliance with CMEA, Fair Work Act, NES, and other relevant legislation. Support the Payroll Manager in maintaining accurate records and resolving payroll queries. Build strong relationships across the business and provide exceptional service to employees. Work efficiently with Tier 1 payroll systems and leverage strong MS Excel skills for reporting and analysis. About You Demonstrated experience managing end to end complex payroll in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of Tier 1 payroll systems and advanced MS Excel capabilities. Resilient, adaptable, and confident in managing competing priorities. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly detail-focused, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
