About This Role
As Training Systems Manager you will be responsible for managing performance related to the C-27J aircraft at various facilities including Flight Training Device Virtual Maintenance Trainer aircrew training and facility management.
* Contract deliverable review issue management reporting and liaison with stakeholders
You will develop material participate in meetings working groups manage memorandums of understanding regarding Commonwealth occupants provide input into DMFP process maintain high standard delivery multiple priorities achieve results within defined timeframes engage confidently wide range stakeholders team players adaptable supportive considerate others cultivate productive relationships contribute success our team well-developed written verbal communication skills demonstrated leadership all levels information literacy skills solve problems informed decisions seek advice required.
