Responsibilities
Our focus is on the guest experience, so a Manager who can ensure all staff are providing excellent service is a must. You are the eyes and ears and will direct the staff at all times
We need a Manager who is confident in shift reporting and managing rosters in accordance with criteria.
Someone who has a great presentation and a real presence.
You will have a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences because dealing with happy guests is the environment we create
You'll be happy to train and develop the staff, and provide thorough and motivational briefings under the guidance of our Venue Manager.
