Loan Originator Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Originator to manage loan files from application through closing. As a key member of our sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing loan files, analyzing credit applicant information, and reviewing income & asset documents.
* Manage loan files from application through closing
* Analyze credit applicant information
* Review income & asset documents
* Request referrals from current and potential clients
* Run DU, stack, and submit files, request conditions, and communicate with borrowers and Realtors
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
* 1+ years of experience as a Loan Originator
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
