Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our products.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires 38 hours of work per week. You will be based at our Morayfield store in QLD and will be the primary point of contact for trade and DIY customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist customers with genuine care and attention to detail
* Offer expert advice and product recommendations that meet customers' needs
* Mix and tint paint to ensure accurate color matching
* Handle transactions efficiently and accurately
