What We Offer

* Salary: $80–90K FTE + super (based on experience)

* Location: Hybrid role – 3 days in our Sippy Downs office (Sunshine Coast), 2 days WFH. During the induction period you will be required to attend the office full time.

* Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week) preferred; part-time (min. 30 hrs across 4 or 5 days) considered for the right candidate

* Start Date: ASAP

About the Role


As our new admin superstar, you’ll be the engine room of our business—keeping operations humming and supporting Director Ben so he can focus on growth and delivery. You will have weekly meetings with Ben and quarterly goal setting sessions to help drive the business forward. You’ll collaborate closely with our Finance & IT Lead, Sarah, and be instrumental in creating a seamless experience for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

1 - Business & Admin Support

* Manage Ben’s calendar and appointments

* Maintain our CRM (ClickUp), manage reminders and follow-ups

* Respond to client enquiries and uphold our 6-star service promise

* Track and follow up client payments, onboarding, and service delivery milestones

* Refine and manage internal templates, processes, and documents

2 - Podcast, Website & Marketing

* Schedule and upload podcasts, liaise with guests

* Update website content (WordPress) and publish podcast episodes

* Coordinate email campaigns and scheduled social media posts in collaboration with the wider team

3 - Events & Project Support

* Lead logistics for two flagship client events per year with 50 participants and growing (venue, catering, schedules, materials)

* Manage guest lists, registrations, and event communications

* Support webinars and special projects as needed

About You

Essential

* 2–5 years’ experience in operations, admin, or executive support

* Experience working in a small business or start-up environment

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

* Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

Desirable

* Familiarity with rural/agriculture or coaching sectors

* Experience with Canva, WordPress, Slack, or Mailchimp

* Exposure to podcast or digital product workflows
