Business Improvement Coordinator – Health and Safety
Salary: $106,094 – $113,913 (G07) + 17% Superannuation.

About the Role
This position is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing administrative functions, projects, and systems that support and enhance the effective delivery of Health and Safety (HS) services and operations.
Key areas of focus include the management of systems and databases, rollout of new systems and oversight of data and reporting mechanisms.
You'll also play an important role in marketing, communications, and the promotion of HS programs and initiatives across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist with the implementation of the new H&S reporting database, including training of the system
Coordinate business improvement initiatives and projects in collaboration with HS professionals and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement administrative processes and systems to support HS operations and enhance efficiency.
Review, draft, and prepare documentation for a range of purposes, including training, policy, and reporting.
Design, deliver, and maintain training modules (including online formats) using relevant technologies.
Manage and maintain HS databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Facilitate the collection, analysis, and reporting of key HS data and metrics.
Coordinate and administer reporting processes to support decision-making.
Design, manage, and regularly update HS web content to ensure information is accessible and current.
Support HS awareness campaigns and initiatives through communications and digital marketing activities.
Develop and implement information management processes that comply with relevant standards and legislation.
Who we are looking for:
Demonstrated project management and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver outcomes within time and resource constraints.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Experience managing digital communications and web content.
Experience in analysing organisational training needs and in the design, facilitation, and evaluation of training programs.
Well-developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative, proactive, and inclusive approach to stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a variety of audiences.
Role Requirements:
As this is a fixed-term contract, you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
