THE ROLE…
We’re on the hunt for a Site Manager to oversee Beaumont Tiles’ installation projects across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.
Reporting to the State Installations Manager, this role ensures the successful, on-time, and cost-effective delivery of projects in line with our quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support tradespeople, including tilers, waterproofers, and caulkers
* Manage contractor performance and ensure regulatory compliance (NCC, Building Code)
* Oversee scheduling and job readiness for installation works
* Conduct on-site inspections and ensure QA compliance
* Support safety culture and incident reporting using Safety culture
* Maintain accurate records via Buildertrend and other reporting systems
* Foster positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

You’re a strong communicator and organiser who thrives on juggling multiple moving parts while keeping quality and safety front of mind. You’re comfortable managing teams and resolving issues on site quickly and professionally.
You’ll need:
* Builders Licence, Tilers Certificate, or relevant construction trade
* White Card and a valid Driver’s Licence
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Tech confidence – comfortable using systems and apps
* A safety-first mindset and a collaborative spirit
