Our Therapeutic Foster Care model provides additional specialist training and support to foster carers, enabling them to better understand and develop strategies to meet the needs of children or young people in their care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting assessments and developing therapeutic treatment plans with clear goals that are reviewed regularly
* Working cooperatively with the system that sits around the child, advocating for their dignity and human rights
* Supporting the Clinical Team Leader and building important partnerships to meet key performance indicators
Requirements:
* Experience conducting trauma and developmentally informed clinical work with children and young people
* Leadership role in the team, with a focus on supporting and guiding colleagues
