We take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients, and now we're looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Office manager/ Bookkeeper to help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
This a hands- on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys balancing bookkeeping with general office administration. You'll work closely with clients and our team to ensure the day to day business runs efficiently.
This part-time role requires 10-20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilties include:
* Managing accounts payable & receivable
* Payroll processing and superannuation
* Invoicing, managing supplier accounts and orders
* General office duties- emails, client communication, preparing governement tenders, maintaining work vehicle maintenance etc
About You
You're organised, detail- oriented and comfortable working independently. You're just as happy reconciling accounts as you are helping streamline office processes.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping/ office management experience is required.
* Experience with Xero accounting software essential.
* Solid understanding of payroll, GST and BAS
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and flexibly with our team
