**About our Opportunity**
As the State Sales Manager of the Stegbar shower screens division, you will manage, influence, and lead the sales function with a view to developing and executing the sales strategy that will deliver on our business objectives and customer expectations. Based out of our Stapylton site and responsible for a territory spanning from Coffs Harbour to Harvey Bay, you'll work as part of the senior leadership team to plan and control the sales plan, resources and activities in order to achieve revenue, profit and value driven growth targets for the group.
In addition, you will:
- manage the sales administration function:
- develop the sales strategy/plan
- sales forecasting
- operational performance reporting
- financial management reporting
- deploy improved sales management processes, activities and disciplines
- drive the use of technology including SalesForce (CRM)
- workforce planning - recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales representatives
**About You**
Naturally a people person excited by coaching and growing a team of self reliant Sales Representatives, your strength will be in your ability to bring energy, resilience and enthusiasm along with a practical and consultative hands-on approach to sales management to your sales team. Highly motivated, results orientated leader with a bold approach to seeking new business, you'll thrive in the rapidly changing manufacturing environment.
You will have:
- experience developing, coaching & managing a sales team
- passion for encouraging effective use of technology and systems
- proficient experience with technology and CRM ERP's, Salesforce (preferred)
- strong business acumen
- ability to produce accurate reporting and analysis
- experience within the building sales industry (preferred but not essential)
