Our Front Office team is looking for an enthusiastic, customer service focused, Guest Service Agent who's role is to welcome our guests on arrival to Byron's most awarded luxury resort. Help to coordinate guests' experiences, share the things you love about Byron, and ensure they enjoy their stay as you check them into or out of their villa. This is an on-going casual position with 20-25hrs per week available, which could increase in summer.

**The role**: Working on our busy reception desk, **you will be responsible for ensuring we do not merely deliver service but do more than is expected to create meaningful and authentic moments of hospitality. Checking guests in and out daily, making reservations over the phone, running daily reports to identify any special requests, anticipating guests service needs, and complying with policies and procedures. You will listen to, and resolve guest's complaints or concerns, but there will always be a manager there to support you when required.
**The hours**:Casual role available 20-25hrs, across a 7-day rotating roster.
**The shifts**: 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm. We are looking for people who can be flexible to work these shifts.
**Requirements**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously
- Experience working in a 4-5 star resort/hotel front office environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Fidelio or Opera System
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people
- Full availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Remain calm and effective in emergency and high pressure situations
- Current drivers licence essential
- First Aid Certificate desirable
