Job Title: Studio Administration Coordinator/Manager (Temporary to Permanent)

Location: George Street, Sydney

Schedule: 5 days a week, 38 hours per week (Core hours: 8am - 6pm)

Start Date: Monday, March 24th, 2025

Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, creative, and personable Studio Administration Coordinator/Manager to support the Sydney management team. This temporary role offers the opportunity to convert into a permanent position, providing essential administrative support in a dynamic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage diaries and schedules for senior team members.
* Take detailed minutes during meetings and assist with follow-ups.
* Assist in preparing bids and proposals.
* Ensure the office printer is stocked and maintained with paper and supplies.
* Manage the company's social media accounts and communications.
* Provide general administrative support as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in diary management, meeting minutes, and administrative support.
* Proficient with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Word, and Outlook.
* Prior experience in a creative environment is ideal, such as architecture, marketing, advertising, or a creative agency.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid‐paced workplace.
* Qualified maturity with a strong sense of emotional intelligence.
* A creative flair that aligns with the culture of a creative environment.

Additional Information

This is an office‐based position, requiring the candidate to work on‐site 5 days a week. Admin staff are typically expected to start early to open the office. The position requires 7.6 hours per day, within the core hours of 8am to 6pm.
