We are partnering with a large healthcare organisation in Melbourne that is currently running a number of high-impact proof of concepts focused on automation, process improvement, and AI-driven solutions. They are seeking an experienced Automation Developer / Analyst Programmer who can engage directly with stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and rapidly deliver working outcomes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and has previously delivered automation and integration solutions end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Design and develop automation solutions across Microsoft platforms Build and optimise workflows using Power Automate Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI Create and manage SharePoint-based solutions, including SharePoint Lists Develop and configure AI agents using Copilot Studio Integrate systems and services via APIs Ensure solutions align with security and identity standards (Entra ID / Azure AD) Deliver proof of concepts and iterate rapidly based on feedback Provide technical guidance and support to users throughout delivery Required Skills and Experience Strong background in software engineering or development Proven experience delivering automation solutions in enterprise environments Hands-on expertise with Power Automate and Power BI Experience working with SharePoint Lists and SharePoint-based solutions Exposure to Copilot Studio and/or AI-driven agent development Strong experience with API integration and connecting disparate systems Solid understanding of Microsoft identity platforms, including Entra ID (Azure AD) Ability to work across both technical and business domains Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability Desirable Experience within healthcare or large, complex organisations Exposure to rapid prototyping or proof-of-concept environments Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem more broadly What’s on Offer Immediate start on a high-impact project Opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation and AI initiatives Strong likelihood of contract extension or longer-term engagement Collaborative and forward-thinking environment
