As we continue to expand, we're excited to welcome an experienced Technical Business Analyst to our Melbourne team.
Working as part of our Curriculum Management Product team, you'll work closely with our Product Owners and Developers to understand data exchange and integration requirements between Curriculum Management and other products in the OneEducation suite as well as third-party solutions in use across our customer base.
You will understand and document use cases, data flows, and technical integration requirements and communicate them to the development team, leading the team through the analysis, build and documentation of data exchange and integration solutions that enable Curriculum Management to align with our product strategy and support the needs of our customers.

What you'll be doing:
Develop and demonstrate understanding of the Curriculum Management product - its purpose, features and functions, and interoperability requirements
Work closely with the Product Owners, Customers and Development team throughout the development process to write user requirements, test cases and other content to represent customer requirements using defined delivery methodology
Understand customer use cases, data flows and technical data exchange and integration requirements.
Work with the Development team to break the design down for delivery including production of artefacts such as sequence diagrams
Lead workshops with internal and external Customers to confirm the product design meets customer requirements
Execute API functional tests and regression tests to validate the business functions meet customer requirements
Work with the Product Success team to develop required enablement content to support the rollout and adoption of Product by both our internal and external Customers
Participate in presentations and forums to inform and educate stakeholders in new product features
5+ years relevant industry experience working on system integration projects
Strong technical knowledge of and experience working with REST APIs
Exceptional technical data analysis and integration design skills
Proven ability to document detailed and accurate requirements, user stories and sequence diagrams to support solution delivery
Hands on experience with testing REST APIs with POSTMAN or similar tools
Familiarity with industry best practice analysis tools and methodologies
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong presentation skills and experience in facilitating workshops and group discussions.
