We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Digital Marketing & Project Coordinator. This is a hybrid position that requires a unique blend of client management, project administration, digital delivery, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for scoping projects, managing timelines, coordinating approvals, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
* Client Liaison: Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, manage feedback, and maintain open communication with clients.
* Project Support: Prepare quotes, coordinate approvals, and oversee the preparation of scoping documents.
* Content & Admin: Upload content, run website audits, and ensure all digital assets are organized and up-to-date.
* Tech Support: Assist with WordPress (Elementor Pro) troubleshooting and support technical tasks as needed.
* Process & Delivery: Brief developers/designers, manage follow-ups, and drive projects to completion.
* Sales Support: Assist with proposals, quoting, and onboarding new clients.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and improve overall efficiency.
