This position ensures the accurate and timely execution of content updates to enhance the online customer experience. New opportunity in our eCommerce team! Work closely with different stakeholders across the business Flexible hybrid working model – work from our Docklands Support Office & the comfort of your own home About the role: Oversee the end-to-end online content production process, including brief creation, creative rounds, and content build Ensure online content adheres to guidelines across creative, brand & accessibility at each stage of the production process Build and schedule content across the MYER website in accordance with set go-live dates and ensuring timely removal of expired content Act as a primary user of our Content Management System (CMS), ensuring its features are effectively utilised Coordinate the post verification process (PVT) ensuring any content amendments are actioned in an accurate and timely manner Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to promptly identify and resolve content errors and incidents in line with our escalation processes and maintaining accuracy and compliance Work closely with the Production Manager to identify opportunities for content and process improvements within the CMS and the production workflow About you: Previous experience in eCommerce, Marketing, Digital Content, ideally in the retail sector Proficient in Content Management Systems (CMS) Proven technical capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail A natural collaborator with the ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with stakeholders Flexibility in hours worked, with minimal weekend work required (Key Trade Events) Benefits to you: Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts.
