About The Role
* Manage daily operations of the Centre(s), ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets.
* Create community connections and partner with families; use marketing skills to increase occupancy.
* Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
* Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
* Current Working with Children’s Check.
* Experience in achieving targets and ensuring safety and compliance.
