Temporary Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Temporary Customer Support Specialist to join our team for an 8-week period, with the potential for extension.
The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues within specific areas of the law for people in South Australia.
To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing support role
* A resilient and empathetic nature
* The ability to remain impartial while providing great customer service
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong administration skills to ensure accurate and comprehensive case notes
You will be working full-time hours of 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate and ongoing support and training from your manager.
