Sales Assistant Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with retail sales and operate Point of Sale devices
* Collect, sort, and price donations in store
* Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure
* Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures
* Demonstrate TSA core values in all work-related activities
Requirements:
* Prior experience in retail sales is highly regarded but not essential
* A passion for delivering outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment
* A high-energy, hands-on individual with strong interpersonal skills
* An ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
* A commitment to The Salvation Army's Mission and Values
