Open for business since 2018, we are now a thriving business delivering skip bins throughout Sydney Metro. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join the team.
What we want from you?
This position will see you as the first point of contact to our valued customers, both over the phone and via our online platform, so it is essential that you have impressive communication skills, ask the right questions, have the ability to remain calm during busy times, and always endeavor to provide the correct information in a professional and friendly manner.
You will have active listening and note-taking skills and use that to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to customer enquirers. Advanced computer skills required. Experience using Bin Manager software or Skip Bin-Waste Industry experience is preferred, but not essential.
Tasks that you are responsible for include, but are not limited to:
* Providing support to customers in a call center environment.
* Maintaining an understanding of our products and services and effectively communicating these to customers.
* Receiving a high volume of Inbound calls from both construction site and residential customers.
* Using comprehensive software (Bin Manager) to book in jobs.
* Maintaining the Company CRM with detailed and accurate entries in a timely manner.
* Sending invoices and quotes and taking credit card payments.
* Assisting with resolving customer complaints to maximise satisfaction
* Other ad-hoc admin responsibilities from time to time.
You will be:
* Representing our brand by maintaining a positive customer service orientation.
* Continuously improving your service and operations by taking initiative
* Ensuring that all Company and Work Health & Safety (WHS) duties, policies and processes are adhered to.
Our office is located in Beverly Hills, less than a 2 min walk to the train station and shops. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm and Saturday: 7:00am - 12:00pm.
