Training and Development Facilitator
We are seeking a Training and Development Facilitator to drive engaging face-to-face inductions and accredited training programs for our Child and Family Services teams.
This role involves delivering training that meets accreditation standards, ensuring staff wellbeing and retention, and contributing to a continuous learning culture.
* Degree in Adult Education or related field;
* Qualified TCI Trainer (mandatory);
* Cert IV TAE (completed or studying);
* Strong group facilitation and communication skills;
* Ability and willingness to travel within NSW for training;
