Your Role As a Business Analyst Will Involve
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document their needs
* Elicit and document business requirements, functional specifications, and business rules
* Define and model As Is and To Be processes
* Work closely with delivery teams and SMEs, providing guidance and ensuring solution alignment with requirements
* Support the development of business cases and solution options analysis for new initiatives
* Support the testing team in the development of test cases and acceptance criteria
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has The Following
* Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
* High level of stakeholder engagement and interpersonal communication
* Enjoys analysis and problem solving
* Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline
