Retail Coordinator Role
Overview of the Position:
As a key team member, you will play a vital role in creating and managing promotional displays, product placement, merchandising, store presentation, and delivering exceptional customer service. This includes assisting customers at the counter and showroom.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Create and manage promotional displays, product placement, merchandising, store presentation, and customer service.
* Exhibit a safety focus to ensure your safety and that of your teammates and customers.
* Provide friendly and accurate advice to customers.
* Maintain store standards, including presentation and merchandising, planogram changes, dressing the store, and in-store promotions.
* Process stock; receive, dispatch, and store items and ensure the showroom is well stocked.
* Be an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team player.
Note: This role requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and climbing.
