About the role
DK Concrete Pumping is under new management and looking for a reliable Line Hand with a Heavy Rigid (HR) license to join our small, hands-on team.
This role is based on a concrete line pump truck (not a boom) and services residential, commercial, and light civil sites across Brisbane, Ipswich, and surrounding areas.
You'll be working side-by-side with an experienced operator (8+ years in the industry) who will provide practical, on-the-job training to the right candidate.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants stable work, proper training, and to grow with a business from the ground up.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the setup, operation, and pack-down of a concrete line pump
* Handling and managing pump lines safely and efficiently on site
* Supporting concrete placement in coordination with concreters and site supervisors
* Conducting daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of equipment
* Maintaining a clean, safe work environment in line with WHS requirements
* Communicating clearly with the operator and site teams
* Representing DK Concrete Pumping professionally on site
What we're looking for
* Heavy Rigid (HR) license – essential
* Previous experience as a line hand or concrete labourer (preferred but not essential for the right attitude)
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Good physical fitness – this is a hands-on role
* Commitment to safety and following site procedures
* Reliable and punctual with the ability to get to job sites
* Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a small team
Training will be provided by an experienced operator for candidates who show the right mindset, reliability, and willingness to learn.
