Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, production, and dispatch teams, while delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
Manage customer service enquiries across phone and email
Process orders accurately and in a timely manner
Liaise with internal teams and key clients to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Provide customers with regular updates on production, dispatch, and delivery timelines
Investigate and resolve customer queries, ensuring ownership and follow-through
Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
Deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment
About you:
Previous experience in a customer service or account coordination role
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
High attention to detail with strong data entry skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office systems
