We're currently seeking a proactive and personable Senior Administration Coordinator to join our team at St John's Villa in New Lambton. This is a permanent full-time role reporting to the Residential Manager, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
In this varied and busy role, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and employees, providing high-level admin and rostering support.
Your Role Will Include
* Supporting the Home Leadership Team with day-to-day administration
* Recording unplanned leave and assist with filling temporary vacancies
* Assisting with room occupancy and admissions
* Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
* Creating a warm, welcoming environment for all
What We're Looking For
* Certificate in Business Administration (or similar)
* Proven admin experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Time and Attendance systems (desirable)
* Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
* Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently, show initiative, and problem-solve
* Willingness to undergo a Police Check and obtain NDIS clearance
