About your new role:
* Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in supporting a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.
* Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
* Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
* Contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.
* Work in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
About you:
* Certificate III, Diploma (or higher qualification) in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
* Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
* Experience in an early childhood setting.
* A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
* Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
