The Corrugated POS Account Manager is responsible for managing existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through the provision of high-quality corrugated point-of-sale (POS) solutions. This role combines sales, account management, and technical expertise to drive sales growth and strengthen client relationships within the corrugated packaging and retail display industry.
You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients who require corrugated POS displays and packaging, such as retailers, consumer goods companies, and marketing agencies.
* Work closely with clients to understand their specific POS and packaging requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs (e.g., custom display designs, retail packaging, etc.).
* Identify and target new business opportunities within the corrugated POS market, including prospecting and developing relationships with new clients.
* Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure that client requirements for custom displays and packaging are met. This includes providing specifications, timelines, and budgets.
* Keep up-to-date with trends and innovations in the corrugated packaging and retail display sectors. This includes knowledge of new materials, manufacturing techniques, and market shifts.
* Work closely with internal design and production teams to ensure client specifications are met, while maintaining profitability and production efficiency.

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;
* Experience in corrugated packaging, point-of-sales displays, or packaging design is preferred
* Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the packaging, retail display, or POS industries.
* Strong client relationship-building skills with a focus on providing solutions to customer needs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain products and solutions to diverse audiences.
* Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining company margins.
* A good eye for design, as custom POS displays often require creative solutions.
