About The Role
We offer an exciting opportunity to work with builders, interior designers, and homeowners to bring their renovation visions to life. As part of our Showroom team in Greenacre, you'll play a key role in supporting customers navigate their renovation journey.
* Assisting customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
* Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
* Utilizing our 3D Planner to bring customers' dreams to reality
* Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
* Maintaining a safe and smooth-running showroom environment
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
* A strong ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
* An energetic and proactive approach to learning and growth
* Comfort with using computers and willingness to learn new systems
* A desire to develop your career within our organization
